Why should humans get to have all the holiday fun when our furry friends can get in on the action, too?

It’s been a crazy year, and we can all agree that everyone deserves a little extra love this holiday season—pets included. What better way to spread some love than with 25 days of tasty treats? We already love Aldi for their wine, beer, and cheese advent calendars for humans, but they also have pet-friendly advent calendars to bring some holiday cheer to dogs and cats, too.

Starting November 4, Aldi will debut two new treat advent calendars: one for dogs, and one for cats. Both are priced at just $5.89 each—money well spent for the countdown 'til Christmas fun you'll get out of your purchase. Both calendars include 25 natural, limited-ingredient treats made from Scottish salmon and sweet potato. What's better? The treats don't contain any artificial ingredients, colors, or preservatives, so you can feel good about spreading the holiday cheer to your pet. (Reminder: Dogs and cats should not eat human food during holiday mealtimes. The rich, fatty ingredients in favorites like turkey with gravy, desserts, cocktails, and chocolate can make your pet very sick if consumed.)

Thanks to the salmon, these treats are full of omega 3 fatty acids, which are great for your dog’s body and brain. Omega 3 is also beneficial for cats, helping keep their skin and coat healthy and joints in tip-top shape.

Aldi says the quantities of these advent calendars are limited, and if last year's famous wine advent calendar is any indication (they sold out in just one day!), hustle to your nearest Aldi location with a quickness on Wednesday, Nov. 4! And go ahead and crank up the Mariah Carey on your way there to get into the holiday spirit.
